This is the course outline of topics covered in this certificate course. This course is available in a one day certificate or two day certification. Eight hours for the one day and  two sessions of 5 hours each and one hour set aside for the exam in the certification course. It is also available in an online e-learning course.

Course includes Adaptive Fitness for Professional reference manual, handouts, exam and certification of completion and acredidation.
